Marketing Manager – F&B Sector

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase customer engagement.
2. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
3. Manage brand positioning and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
4. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations with influencers and key industry players.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Work closely with operations and sales teams to develop customer loyalty programs and promotional offers.
7. Organize and manage events, tastings, and brand activations to enhance brand presence.
8. Analyze marketing performance and key metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
9. Supervise food photography and videography to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum (X years) of experience in marketing within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
3. Strong understanding of F&B marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
4. Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and online advertising.
5. Excellent skills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign management.
6. Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
7. Strong analytical and project management skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
