Job Overview:
The Marketing/Public Relations Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of Radisson Hotel Riyadh Airport. This position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies and public relations initiatives that align with the hotel's goals, foster customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that promote the hotel's services and enhance brand recognition.
- Public Relations: Manage all public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and community engagement to build a positive image of the hotel.
- Content Development: Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the hotel's digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Event Promotion: Plan and promote hotel events, special promotions, and packages, working closely with the sales team to drive participation and bookings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the marketing and PR budget, ensuring all initiatives are executed within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
