Job description

As Marketing Manager at Starlinks, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You'll work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Design and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Implement SEO and PPC strategies to optimize online visibility and drive traffic to company websites.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive branding and identity initiatives to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all marketing communications.
  • Lead keyword analysis to optimize content for search engine rankings.
  • Manage CMS applications to update website content and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Evaluate and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to leverage marketing efforts for user acquisition and retention.
  • Looking into Data and Insights to set organizational goals for better strategic decisions.
  • Managing CRM ensuring that BD team meets set OKRs and targets.
  • Put together a quarterly calendar that includes events.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in building and managing brand identity.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Content Marketing: Skilled in creating compelling marketing content tailored to target audiences.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Event Management: Experience in organizing and managing industry events, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Budget Management: Expertise in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a marketing team effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and external agencies.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry, including its key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, including offline and online channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
