Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing department, including digital and traditional marketing strategies, brand management, and customer engagement. You will manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and market analysis, particularly in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and grow market share.
    • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth and brand awareness, including partnerships and collaborations.
    • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  2. Online Marketing:
    • Manage and optimize the company’s online marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
    • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales through the company’s website and third-party platforms.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of online content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand message and appeals to the target audience.
  3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and manage the marketing team, including content creators, social media specialists, and digital marketers.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent communication and support between marketing initiatives and customer feedback.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to team members to foster growth, creativity, and a performance-driven culture.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts through KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  5. Brand and Product Management:
    • Oversee brand management and product marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
    • Develop promotional materials and marketing collateral that effectively communicate product benefits and features.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends in the health and wellness industry to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
  6. Customer Engagement and Retention:
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, referral programs, and promotions to boost customer retention.
    • Use customer feedback and market research to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze performance data from various marketing channels to make informed decisions and report on results to senior management.
    • Utilize customer data and analytics to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and drive more targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce (preferably in the health and wellness industry).
  • Proven experience in managing a team and working cross-functionally with customer service or other departments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on data-driven results.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and promoting healthy products.
