Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in line with the organization's goals.
Focus on lead generation across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with brand identity and corporate objectives.
Optimize and manage the performance dashboard, ensuring it is effectively used to track, analyze, and report digital marketing KPIs, particularly tracking and analyzing leads.
Provide insights from the dashboard to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase engagement and conversions.
Implement tools and tactics to efficiently track leads from initial interaction through to conversion.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to ensure high-quality content and campaigns.
Manage budgets, timelines, and performance of digital marketing projects.
Collaborate closely with regional managers of different branches across Saudi Arabia to align marketing efforts with localized business goals.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams to implement digital marketing strategies and ensure consistency.
Ensure that all marketing efforts are compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Saudi national is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, data analysis, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with multi-location/regional businesses is preferred.
