Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, overseeing brand positioning, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and driving customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to optimize marketing performance and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
    2. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline marketing.
    3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
    4. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
  2. Brand Management & Positioning:
    1. Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
    2. Develop brand messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
    3. Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling marketing materials.
  3. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
    1. Oversee website management, SEO strategies, and online advertising campaigns.
    2. Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community engagement, and paid promotions.
    3. Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
    1. Develop lead generation strategies through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
    2. Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
    3. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  5. Event & Campaign Management:
    1. Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
    2. Develop promotional campaigns for product launches, special offers, and seasonal initiatives.
  6. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    1. Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    2. Work closely with internal departments, including sales, product development, and customer service.
    3. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  7. Market Research & Reporting:
    1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    2. Track and analyze marketing metrics, preparing performance reports for stakeholders.
    3. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
  4. Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  2. Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Ads is an advantage.
