Position Overview:

We seek a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, oversee digital campaigns, and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI. You will lead and mentor the marketing team, collaborate with the CEO on marketing decisions, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication in both English and Arabic, and proven experience in digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare Marketing Budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with the company's marketing plan.
  • Advise the CEO on marketing-related decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent the company in external marketing events.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specific marketing needs, including graphic design, SEO, and content development.
  • Ensure compliance with the marketing budget.
  • Manage the company's digital and non-digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and content creation, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Create and implement the Marketing department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the compliance of the marketing content with the marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant fields.
  • 3 or more years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Report preparation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
