Shefaa Al Dawaa is a leading e-commerce platform specializing in skincare, body care, and hair care. We are expanding our marketing efforts and are looking for a Marketing Lead to develop and execute impactful offline and online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to take charge of both offline and online marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in offline marketing (events, activations, retail partnerships) as well as digital campaigns. The Marketing Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including influencers, content, media, digital marketing, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies combining offline and online channels to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams, including influencers, digital marketing, content, media, and creative teams, to execute marketing initiatives.
  3. Oversee offline marketing initiatives, such as brand activations, PR campaigns, events, and retail partnerships.
  4. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and implement online strategies that complement offline efforts.
  5. Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  6. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 7+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on offline and integrated marketing strategies.
  2. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, including digital and offline marketing teams.
  3. Strong background in offline marketing, including brand activations, PR, events, and retail partnerships.
  4. Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
  7. Proactive, results-driven, and strategic mindset.
