We are expanding our marketing efforts and are looking for a Marketing Lead to develop and execute impactful offline and online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to take charge of both offline and online marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in offline marketing (events, activations, retail partnerships) as well as digital campaigns. The Marketing Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including influencers, content, media, digital marketing, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies combining offline and online channels to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including influencers, digital marketing, content, media, and creative teams, to execute marketing initiatives.
- Oversee offline marketing initiatives, such as brand activations, PR campaigns, events, and retail partnerships.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and implement online strategies that complement offline efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on offline and integrated marketing strategies.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, including digital and offline marketing teams.
- Strong background in offline marketing, including brand activations, PR, events, and retail partnerships.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Proactive, results-driven, and strategic mindset.
