Job description

The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy for Salla, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative campaigns. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of branding and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand development and positioning.
  • Manage a team of marketing managers overseeing brand, PR, events, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, etc.
  • Plan and execute the annual marketing budget.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI is maximized.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and forecasting ROI.
