The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across the group's various business units, including Transportation, Gas Stations, FMCG, Logistics, and Investments. The role requires an individual who can lead marketing efforts, align strategies with business goals, drive brand growth, and enhance customer engagement across these diverse sectors, including promoting investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy for all business units, tailored to each sector (Transportation, Gas Stations, FMCG, Logistics, and Investments).
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with the company's overall business objectives, especially promoting the investment arm's capabilities and opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring they meet strategic goals and KPIs.
Brand Management
Oversee the development and positioning of the brand across the various businesses, ensuring brand consistency.
Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share, including highlighting the group's investment services to potential investors.
Manage the brand portfolio for each business unit, including investment offerings, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct regular market analysis and consumer research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences across all business units, particularly focusing on emerging trends in the investment sector.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and refine approaches for maximum impact across all sectors, including investment.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, TV, radio, print, etc.), promoting investment services alongside other business units.
Ensure that each campaign is tailored to the target audience, particularly for the investment arm, with a focus on investor engagement and trust-building.
Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI and allocate resources effectively across all channels.
Lead the digital transformation of marketing initiatives, ensuring the group's online presence is strong and innovative, particularly in promoting investment portfolios and opportunities.
Oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies tailored to attract potential investors.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially in the investment sector, and ensure the group adopts relevant digital tools.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, operations, product development, investment managers) to align marketing efforts with business and investment goals.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support the execution of marketing strategies across all sectors, with special attention to the investment side.
Collaborate with the sales and investment teams to develop marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and conversion across all business units, particularly attracting investors.
Develop promotional strategies and product positioning that align with sales objectives, with special focus on investment opportunities and services.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Lead CSR initiatives for the group to strengthen community engagement and improve corporate reputation, especially for the gas station, logistics, and investment units.
Investment-Specific Responsibilities
Promote the group's investment portfolio to potential clients through targeted marketing strategies.
Ensure clear communication of the group's investment services, benefits, and risk management strategies.
Develop marketing materials and investor relations content that builds trust and transparency with current and prospective investors.
Work closely with the investment team to ensure marketing strategies reflect the current trends and opportunities in the investment market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within a multi-sector organization (Transportation, FMCG, Logistics, Gas Stations, and Investments).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across diversified business units.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and experience in marketing investment products.
