Job description

In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events and promotions, and manage day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about the F&B industry, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Coordination
    1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns for promotions, menu launches, and seasonal events.
    2. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute campaign materials across multiple channels.
    3. Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates on performance and deadlines.
    4. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  2. Event Planning and Promotion
    1. Support the marketing team in planning and executing F&B events such as tastings, launches, and special promotions.
    2. Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, setup, and on-site execution.
    3. Assist in promoting events through social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
    4. Gather feedback and analyze the success of events to provide recommendations for future improvements.
  3. Market Research and Analysis
    1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the F&B sector.
    2. Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    3. Present insights and recommendations to the marketing team to refine strategies.
  4. Management
    1. Coordinate with external partners, including media agencies, influencers, and suppliers, to facilitate marketing collaborations.
    2. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities to enhance brand visibility.
    3. Liaise with internal teams such as operations and culinary staff to ensure alignment on marketing efforts.
    4. Maintain a database of marketing materials, contracts, and campaign assets for easy access.
    5. Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources.
    6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  3. Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  4. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  5. Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
  7. Meticulous in reviewing materials and ensuring quality in execution.
  8. Ability to generate engaging content and think outside the box for campaigns.
  9. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  10. Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
