Job Responsibilities & Tasks(Duties include but are not limited to)
Execute the marketing strategies and plans for the assigned category and brand portfolio.
Analyze Sell-in to identify distribution gaps, threats and opportunities for the channels/retailers in the assigned area (CRE).
Execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channel to achieve sales objectives, ensuring compliance with set guidelines.
Track activities and promotions budgets as per set strategies.
Update the Promotion Monitoring Table (PMT) on a monthly basis.
Monitor competitive activities and submit a monthly report to track frequency and types of promotions occurring in various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting, and future reference.
Coordinate with Sales & Category teams regarding deadlines required for promotions, pack/price changes, new products, POSM, and others to ensure on-time and effective implementation.
Prepare the sales closing presentation files for each previous month for the province/business unit.
Monitor NAPCO prices vs. competition through quarterly price fishing reports.
Conduct weekly market visits to ensure implementation of all marketing mix elements.
Ensure proper product positioning implementation through appropriate merchandising as per pre-approved brand planogram.
