Create tracking links and maintain tracking master files per show
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
Exhibitor Marketing:
Act as point of contact with all show exhibitors including sending email, marketing requests, product image requests, PR information, etc.
Conduct follow-up calls
Ensure the marketing side of the exhibitor manual is updated and managed for the next edition
Onsite management of exhibitor requests
Ensure all sponsorship marketing deliverables are actioned and in a timely manner
Administerial Task Management:
Liaise with external suppliers and assist in the coordination of design and production of marketing collaterals including sales brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails etc.
Carry out other administrative and other duties as required by show team
Provide reporting information as required by show team
On-site support at shows involving ad-hoc work as required, this can involve extra hours
Perform any other duties that are commensurate with the grade and areas of responsibility
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in B2B Marketing
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a support role where working accurately, and to deadlines is a prerequisite
Practice good time management
Be trustworthy, professional, and reliable
Demonstrate good teamwork with co-workers/peers
A good eye for design and the ability to write compelling content.
Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing or a related field.
