Our client is a growing Saudi Arabia based Development Company based in Riyadh who are looking to add a Marketing & Communications Director to lead their marketing department. The business is primarily managing assets and developing new residential, commercial and retail properties across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Marketing & Communications Director will report directly to the CEO, developing marketing strategies and improved standard operating procedures for the business, assisting with growth and achieving long-term goals. The aim of the role will be to increase online and on-ground marketing presence, expanding to partake and host large real estate events across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal leadership to develop company marketing strategy and lay out objectives to meet these goals.
Create and manage new standard operating procedures for marketing plans, both online and traditional practices.
Lead and mentor the internal team in following company goals and ensuring consistency with marketing campaigns to build a nationally recognizable brand across KSA.
Participate in and host real estate and construction events in major cities with other company leaders to build the brand.
Work with internal departments to create achievable goals utilizing company success to advertise our services and end goals for clients.
Monitor internal and external engagements to adjust or increase specific strategies through market research, ensuring the business aligns with modern marketing principles.
Team Management: Demonstrate high-level leadership skills in managing the marketing team, encouraging dedication and learning within the business to create a natural growth environment for internal progression.
Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage all financials for the marketing department, reporting directly to the CFO.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with all stakeholders, such as investors and members, to keep them informed on progress and department planning.
Quality Control: Monitor progress and create KSI or measurable goals to reward team members and achieve consistent quality of product.
Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for the CEO and stakeholders. Communicate updates, challenges, and recommend changes on an as-needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Marketing & Communications, with proven experience working with Real Estate or a relevant government entity.
Dedicated background in growing a Marketing Department in a leadership role, implementing strategy and planning.
Strong understanding of the KSA real estate market and regulations related to marketing.
Excellent management, leadership, and team management skills in a similar role, creating a collaborative working environment that encourages internal growth.
Strong financial and budget management background for marketing and events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedicated background in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
