FUDA ENERGY IS LOOKING FOR MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE!

LOCATION: Dammam, KSA

FUNCTION: Marketing

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Strategy Development:
    Identify new market segments, emerging trends, and business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
    Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to position our Oil & Gas solutions effectively in the market.
    Work with management to define and refine go-to-market strategies and sales targets.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries, including government, commercial enterprises, and private sector clients.
    Develop sales plans, expand sales channels, and achieve established sales targets.
    Present Oil & Gas solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our technology can address their specific needs and challenges.
  3. Partnerships & Alliances:
    Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other technology providers and industry stakeholders.
    Explore opportunities for joint ventures, collaborations, and partnerships to expand market reach.
  4. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:
    Develop deep knowledge of the company's products and services, including software, hardware, and data analytics capabilities.
    Educate clients on the benefits of technology and how it can be integrated into their operations.
  5. Sales Enablement & Reporting:
    Provide accurate sales forecasts, business development reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
    Develop and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for new clients.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper alignment of campaigns and messaging with business development efforts.
  6. Client Support & Retention:
    Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and resolve any issues.
    Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA and equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Experience:
    Minimum of [3+] years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas sectors.
    Proven track record of securing new business, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and establishing long-term client relationships.
    Experience working with enterprise clients, public sector organizations, or commercial stakeholders in industries such as infrastructure and energy is a plus.
  3. Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
