Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) - Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar Only)

This position is an entry level position, wherein the role will be framed to emphasize learning, skill acquisition, and growth opportunities within the marketing field for one or two employees.

Mission

The mission of the Marketing Assistant is to support the marketing department in executing effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves assisting in the creation of marketing materials, coordinating promotional activities, managing digital marketing efforts, and analyzing market trends to contribute to the company’s overall marketing goals. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects and maintain the company’s brand image across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Help in creating marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Digital Marketing: Support the management of the company’s online presence, including website updates, SEO efforts, and social media management.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the marketing department’s administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
  • Exposure to using marketing software, CRM platforms, and social media management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data
  • Creative thinker with a demonstrable ability to generate innovative ideas
