Education: Bachelor in Sales & Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience Level: 2 To 6 Years.
The Event Specialist is responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities (events, forums, summits, seminars, roadshows, roundtables, etc.) internal and external from planning to execution. External events are customer-focused to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and boost sales, while internal events are employee-related to enhance internal communication and support HR and LOBs.
Major Job Duties Responsibilities:
- Developing event concepts in coordination with LOBs and Sales.
- Handling events with full management and in direct coordination with vendors, partners, and third parties (agencies), including:
- Branding.
- Content creation.
- Advertisements.
- Production (physical & digital).
- Promoting and executing:
- Conferences.
- Conventions.
- Seminars.
- Round tables.
- Roadshows.
- Forums.
- Handling Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) from vendors and partners and ensuring proper budgeting, spending, and claiming in line with the Ts & Cs of SBM and company and vendors/partners.
- Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to discuss their needs and customize events to meet their targets.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Executing effective marketing campaigns and implementing metrics to measure their effectiveness.
