Job Description

The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for all reporting and analytics requests to support all aspects of the marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets. This will be achieved through the delivery of end-to-end reporting, accurate customer segmentation, data analytics, campaign reporting, and multi-channel analytics analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ownership and accountability for marketing analytics, including planning, implementation, management, and optimisation for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  2. Deliver on strategic KPIs by delivering reports on traffic, leads and conversions with the ability to present these ongoing results in regular updates.
  3. Understand visitor and exhibitors’ digital behaviour through continual testing and reporting on channel and campaign performance.
  4. Use Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other third-party platforms to spot issues and opportunities.
  5. Benchmark and set new KPI targets to measure and elevate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  6. Work with agencies to develop the analytics strategy and setup of all organic and paid campaigns.
  7. Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  8. Identify evolving analytics practices and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop new reporting.
  9. Develop new and creative analytics strategies for each stage of a customer lifecycle.
  10. Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to identify high-quality content.
  11. Report on and advise on organic search engine performance and goal-setting.
  12. Design and implement testing and optimisation strategies.
  13. Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  14. Collect and analyze data from various sources, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaigns.
  15. Identify trends and insights to inform marketing and business decisions.
  16. Provide regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  18. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  19. Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data.

LEADERSHIP

Work with the wider marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing analytics reports in line with agreed KPIs.

ANALYSIS & INSIGHT

Monitor campaign performances by producing relevant and timely reports. Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights.

PLANNING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Work with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are tracked accurately.

MARKETING EXECUTION

Work with marketers to identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Marketing & Analytics Manager. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Technology savvy. Significant experience in a digital marketing role to manager level. Experience in using Google Analytics, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. Analytical mindset. Excellent time management skills. Proven experience of hitting digital channel KPIs. Strong communication skills.
