Role Overview:
The Marketing & Advertising Director will drive the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with the educational sector's unique needs.
- Align marketing initiatives with the organization's broader vision and goals, particularly those linked to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
- Foster an innovative, performance-driven culture within the marketing team.
- Campaign & Budget Oversight:
- Lead large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of substantial budgets for maximum ROI.
- Leverage analytics and data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Event and Exhibition Management:
- Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic events to strengthen brand positioning.
- Build relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event effectiveness and visibility.
- Digital and Traditional Marketing Excellence:
- Oversee omnichannel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Integrate innovative marketing approaches to attract and nurture leads effectively.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights:
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives' success.
- Present actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Experience:
- 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and executing high-profile campaigns.
- Experience in event planning, lead generation, and digital marketing across diverse platforms.
