Purpose Statement

Drive business forward by researching market and consumer trends. Analyze data to improve marketing and sales initiatives. Interpret construction industry data and communicate findings to management.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Research and analyze information on contractors, building materials suppliers, and heavy equipment materials suppliers
2. Identify potential clients and sales opportunities
3. Interpret data and consolidate findings into reports
4. Flag market issues and propose solutions
5. Prepare performance reports and presentations
6. Conduct market research and analyze financial data
7. Perform additional duties as required
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures

Key Functional Relationships

1. Internally: Collaborate with country manager and CEO
2. Externally: Contact suppliers and contractors as needed

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, Business Intelligence, or related field
2. Experience in marketing research, statistical analysis, or related fields
3. Good understanding of SEO, marketing databases, email, and social media marketing
4. Experience with data visualization tools
5. Knowledge of statistics and statistical technologies
6. Advanced computer literacy skills
7. Attention to detail
8. Analytical mind
9. Self-motivated and proactive
10. Disciplined and organized
11. Quick-thinking and adaptable
12. Able to perform under pressure
13. Willing to work outside normal hours
14. Technical proficiency
