We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Team specializing in Manufacturing Analytics and Performance to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence by leading process redesigns, implementing lean manufacturing principles, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision and hands-on expertise in manufacturing operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage manufacturing analytics projects to identify performance improvement opportunities.
2. Design and implement process improvements aimed at reducing waste, increasing productivity, and optimizing resource utilization.
3. Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
4. Develop cost-reduction strategies that align with organizational objectives without compromising quality or safety.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing performance metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to implement data-driven initiatives.
7. Champion the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance decision-making processes.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving operational improvements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong emphasis on analytics and process improvement.
3. Proven track record of successfully implementing lean manufacturing techniques and driving efficiency gains.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
5. Proficiency in data analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
6. Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-departmental projects.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
