Our Client, a diversified Shipping company engaged in a range of services, including Ship Agency Services for Liner & Non Liner, Hub Services, Offshore Supply Services, Freight Forwarding, Project Cargo Handling, Chartering & Broking, Logistics & Warehousing, is looking for an experienced Manager - Shipping Operations & Offshore Services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day Shipping business operations, Port and offshore activities, ensuring smooth execution of all port agency services.
2. Manage and coordinate with port authorities, terminal operators, vessel owners, project owners, EPC and other relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely vessel turnaround.
3. Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards for safety and operational efficiency.
4. Provide leadership in managing and delivering technical and commercial management of port crafts, marina crafts, and offshore crafts.
5. Drive business development efforts to promote the company’s shipping and offshore services, including marine husbanding services.
6. Lead tendering processes, negotiations, and contractual agreements for port services, vessel management, and offshore supply services.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver hub services, freight forwarding, logistics, project cargo handling, and chartering services.
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, maritime partners, and key stakeholders to enhance service offerings and expand market share.
9. Ensure cost-effective operations and strive for continuous improvement in port and offshore management practices.
10. Develop and execute strategies to support sustainable growth and ensure the company stays ahead in the competitive maritime industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Extensive experience in port and shipping operations, including handling offshore and port crafts.
2. Strong knowledge of international maritime laws, port procedures, and regulations.
3. Experience of Saudi is added advantage.
4. Proven track record in vessel management and ship agency operations.
5. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including port authorities, shipping companies, and terminal operators.
6. Business acumen with experience in business development, particularly in marine services.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
8. Proficiency in planning and executing large-scale marine operations.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
10. Master Mariner qualification is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations, offshore vessel management, or ship agency services.
2. Experience with commercial management and operational services for shipping and offshore.
