The Manager - Park security is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of departmental plans and goals, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and security surveillance systems. This position is responsible for Six Flags Theme Park and provides support and management oversight to all team members and senior management within the team. Executes plans that support guest safety improvement, employee development, and work environment enhancements. The role will initially support management to develop and deliver the department-specific standard operating procedures and training. Once the park is in the operational phase, the Manager role will take on day-to-day responsibility to support department operations. The position will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders/Authorities to provide ongoing development for security daily operations as the business model changes from pre-opening to operational status.
