Job Summary

We are seeking a General Office Administrator with a diverse skill set to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in training development, restaurant management, Aloha POS, bartending, hospitality management, assistant manager roles, staff training, food management, catering, and food preparation.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  6. Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed

Experience

  1. Proven experience in office administration or related roles
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
