Ready to elevate our inflight experience and make a genuine impact on our guests? We’re looking for an aviation mastermind to translate our vision into action.

Your role will involve creating product standards and manuals, ensuring every operational team delivers a seamless, memorable experience for our guests. With a keen eye on industry trends and passenger preferences, you’ll drive innovation across our inflight services, working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain top-notch quality.

This role blends collaboration and advocacy as you gather guest feedback, monitor service quality, and act as the voice of the passenger during stakeholder meetings. You’ll also support the Cabin Crew Training team, ensure new products meet guest expectations, and track performance to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings.

Additionally, you’ll work alongside our Digital Experience team to enhance inflight entertainment (IFE) content and play a key role in developing exciting new digital products for our guests.

Central to this role is a passion and ability to translate guest experience needs into clear processes and practices.

About You

Degree-qualified, you will possess at least 7 years of experience, including 5 years in an operational or project management role.

You must demonstrate a proven track record in developing and launching new products from concept to execution, preferably within a global FSC environment. A deep understanding of the inflight operating environment, aircraft types, galley loading, and service equipment is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and some knowledge of inflight entertainment is also desirable.
