Job description

The Manager, HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization and its employees. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR best practices and business principles. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related field.
  3. Strong understanding of HR best practices and business principles.
  4. Experience developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  5. Provide strategic HR support to the organization and its employees.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define HR objectives and requirements.
  7. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Provide recommendations and insights on HR issues to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external HR service providers.
  10. Ensure all HR activities are compliant with legal and ethical requirements.
  11. Develop and manage HR project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  12. Communicate HR initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Provide training and support to team members on HR tools and technologies.
