Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on a revolutionary journey to create a world-class entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are currently seeking a forward-thinking and tech-savvy individual to take on the role of Manager - Finance Technology. In this position, you will play a vital role in driving the integration of technology solutions across financial operations, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.

As the Manager of Finance Technology, you will oversee the implementation and management of financial systems, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your insight will be crucial in leveraging technology to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and integrations aligned with Qiddiya's strategic goals, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Finance technology initiatives, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and effectively managing project activities and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to end-users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and promoting self-service capabilities to enhance user understanding and proficiency in utilizing Finance technology functionalities effectively.
• Own technical ramp up of Qiddiya assets during the operational readiness phase including need assessment, scalability from legacy systems, implementations, support, and training.
• Contribute towards the development and implementation of the Finance IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, scalability, and the application of effective architecture standards.
• Monitor the performance of financial IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and optimize system efficiency.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate finance teams and end-users on the use of financial IT systems, best practices, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish timelines for system implementations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of SAP Finance experience preferably in the real estate or entertainment sector.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of Finance operations and processes; finance qualification is a must.
