Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing contracts and providers for services including properties, parking, cleaning, catering, FM technology, and insurance plans.
Advising management on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, reviewing utility consumption and minimizing costs.
Supporting building projects and inspecting building structures for repairs or renovations.
Helping businesses relocate to new offices and making decisions about leasing and allocating office space.
Drafting reports and making written recommendations and engineering assessments.
Supervising facilities staff and external contractors.
Required Qualifications:
BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, or relevant field.
5-8 years of experience.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
