Facilities Manager Job Description:

1. Oversee contracts and providers for services like properties, parking, cleaning, catering, FM technology, and insurance plans.
2. Ensure facilities meet government regulations.
3. Advise management on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, reviewing utility consumption.
4. Support building projects, inspecting structures for repairs or renovations.
5. Help businesses relocate and make office space decisions.
6. Draft reports and make recommendations.
7. Supervise facilities staff and external contractors.

Required Qualifications:

1. BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, or relevant field.
2. 5-8 years of experience.

Required Skills:

1. Basic accounting and finance knowledge.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in managing camp facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the camp facilities while providing a positive experience.

Job Purpose:

This position exists to take full responsibility for the overall management of the Facilities Department. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building Maintenance & Repair: Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
2. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
3. Ensure the building complies with health and safety regulations.
