Role Summary:
Responsible for managing the maintenance and services of workplace facilities to ensure they effectively meet the needs of SAFE and its employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and negotiate contracts with service providers for various services, including property, parking, cleaning, catering, and FM technology. Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
- Ensure that facilities comply with government regulations.
- Advise management on strategies to increase energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Review utilities consumption and work towards cost reduction.
- Support building projects and conduct inspections to assess the need for repairs, renovations, or refurbishments.
- Assist businesses in relocating to new offices and provide guidance on leasing decisions. Allocate office space based on organizational needs.
- Prepare reports, provide written recommendations, and conduct engineering assessments.
- Manage and supervise the facility project team, ensuring efficient project execution, compliance with deadlines, and successful project completion.
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of facility construction and renovation projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and budgets.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- PMP/CFM certification.
- 7+ years of experience in various roles.
