Manager Facilities Management

We are looking for a Manager Facilities Management to manage one of our project branches in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

• Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Years of experience: Two years or more
• Field of experience: Experience in a related field
• Advanced spoken and written English

Tasks, responsibilities and necessary skills:

• Manage unit teams and oversee the coordination of operations.
• Contribute to the implementation of the operational plan in line with strategic business objectives.
• Direct, coordinate, and plan core services such as security and maintenance.
• Ensure that the building meets health and safety requirements.
• Maintain the safety of employees and visitors and implement health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate and lead work teams to cover areas of responsibility and oversee infrastructure.
• Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of the agreed-upon service level.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and handle various breakdowns.
