Manager - Design

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of luxury real estate and experiential design. We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager. This position will play a critical role in designing a world-class hotel that embodies luxury, innovation, and elegance, making it a landmark destination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality design and a deep understanding of luxury market expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for the Hotel project, ensuring that the vision aligns with the overarching goals of Qiddiya Investment Company.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to create exceptional design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders for approval.
• Maintain a strong focus on the guest experience, ensuring that all design elements contribute to an unforgettable stay.
• Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes that reflect the luxury status of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainable practices in all design aspects.
• Coordinate with various departments to integrate operational functionality into the design.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring design milestones are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in hotel or hospitality design, with a strong emphasis on luxury projects.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex project environments.
