Property Management Officer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

1. Understand facility management, maintenance needs, and technical aspects.
2. Utilize real estate management software and tools (e.g., Word, Outlook).
3. Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management (civil engineering preferred) or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in contract administration.

Support: Provide support to the Operations Complex Management in the decision-making process.

Analyze operations data and portfolio management based on experience.
