Management Consultant - Strategy (12 months engagement)

Palladium is currently recruiting for a Management Consultant to join our dynamic team on a 1-year project in Riyadh, KSA, focused on the delivery of advisory services to a strategic government entity that is at the center of the Kingdom's transformation.

As a key member of the team, the Consultant develops relationships with client team members. Depending on allocations and the client needs, the Consultant may be managing others on a project. They are expected to manage their own time allocation, learn new things, and maintain project timelines and budgets for areas that they control.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Understand client or external data and present analysis to the project team.
  2. Support senior members in clearly articulating client needs.
  3. Participate in designing solutions for solving client issues.
  4. Conduct independent data gathering activities.
  5. Design qualitative and quantitative research tools.
  6. Analyse market and client data sets to create insight.
  7. Craft day-to-day client team communication.
  8. Draft client deliverables, presentation, and proposal materials.

Reporting Requirements

  1. Attendance of all team meetings.
  2. Participate in regular project status updates with the project manager on client engagements.
  3. Regular updates with the line manager.
  4. Timely submission of assigned reports/deliverables.
  5. Semi-Annual updates on the status of Key Result Areas, as well as any other important areas of concern.

Relationships

Key relationships will be both with their manager, project managers, as well as the wider Consulting team. When working on a particular client project, there will be a designated project manager whom the consultant will be required to liaise closely with throughout the duration of the project.

Authority Levels

  1. Analyze and make sound recommendations to the line manager.
  2. Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals/ideas/suggestions.
  3. Work autonomously to identify key issues in the client's internal and external environment and apply relevant Palladium knowledge and practices to identify and develop analysis and recommendations/deliverables.
  4. Identify opportunities to provide constructive feedback with the objective of contributing to the personal and professional development of both self and team members.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

  1. Bachelor's degree from a leading institution.
  2. Relevant consulting experience.
  3. Good written and verbal business communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with the Kaplan/Norton framework and/or other performance management methodologies is highly desirable.

  1. Outstanding facilitation skills, memorable in-person presentation abilities.

  3. Willingness to travel on a weekly basis.
  4. Demonstrate ability to design a good PowerPoint slide as well as an entire presentation.
  5. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
