Maintenance Technicians

Job Overview:

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for a leading tyre manufacturing company in Jeddah (KAEC). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their technical skills in a world-class manufacturing environment. Selected candidates will undergo international training before starting full-time operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Assist in the installation, inspection, and repair of production machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance issues.
• Work closely with senior engineers and technicians to gain hands-on experience.

Training Program:

Start Date: July 2025

Training Start Date: August 2025

Training Locations: China, Romania, & Mexico

• Hands-on training in advanced tyre manufacturing processes.
• Exposure to global best practices in equipment maintenance.
• Skill development in automation, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
• Certification upon successful completion of training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Degree in Maintenance Engineering.
• Recent graduate from a recognized technical college.
• Ability to communicate in English is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel internationally for training.
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment maintenance is a plus.
