Job Title: Crusher Operation Director

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise crusher plant operations, focusing on breakdowns and improving machine efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive reports for every machine breakdown, detailing the incident and proposed solutions.
• Implement maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on crusher plant operation and machine maintenance.
• Conduct weekly meetings to discuss maintenance issues, improvements, and collaborate with different departments.
• Ensure effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with various departments and personnel.
• Oversee the movement and operation of movable vehicles on the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the site.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize site performance.
