My client is a major contracting group in Saudi Arabia who require a Construction Manager for a medium sized building project in Jubail.

As the point of contact between stakeholders, you will regularly update clients, senior management, and other relevant parties.

Responsibilities

1. Manage construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
2. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project updates.
3. Oversee the work of construction teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
