We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that preventative and corrective maintenance is performed effectively, and managing a team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated. Develop and manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on operational needs. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement team development initiatives. Introduce new initiatives into the business such as reporting software to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime. Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ensure timely corrective maintenance and manage the work order system for equipment repairs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team. Monitor and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
Inventory & Budget Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Manage the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality. Develop and recommend budget proposals for maintenance operations and capital improvements. Lead initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability through process optimization. Collaborate with other departments (production, engineering, etc.) to improve operational efficiency. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance management.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service history, repairs, and maintenance logs. Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and equipment status to senior management. Analyze trends in maintenance data to identify potential issues before they occur.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within KSA, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Proven experience managing a team of technicians.
