Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Manage the maintenance team:

1. Supervise the maintenance team of technicians and specialists in the maintenance of air compressors or heavy equipment.
2. Provide continuous training to the team to raise the level of efficiency and technical skills.
3. Effectively distribute tasks to team members and ensure adherence to schedules.

Planning and executing maintenance:

1. Develop preventive and periodic maintenance plans for equipment to ensure that sudden breakdowns are minimized.
2. Coordinate and implement maintenance programs that will maintain equipment performance and reduce breakdowns.
3. Prioritize maintenance work based on breakdowns or business requirements.

Follow up on performance and emergency maintenance:

1. Monitor equipment performance through periodic inspection and data analysis to identify any issues or abnormal vibrations.
2. Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure equipment is repaired on time to ensure business continuity.
3. Perform periodic checks on air compressors or heavy equipment to ensure efficiency.

Prepare budgets and reports:

1. Prepare an annual maintenance budget and allocate resources effectively.
2. Provide periodic reports on equipment condition and maintenance performance health and recommend any modifications or improvements.
3. Analyze maintenance costs and provide accurate financial reports to senior management.

Communicate with suppliers and third parties:

1. Communicate with companies and suppliers to provide necessary spare parts or to perform special maintenance.
2. Negotiate prices with suppliers and ensure the availability of quality parts and equipment.

Ensure compliance with standards and regulations:

1. Ensure environmental, health and safety standards are adhered to in all maintenance operations.
2. Update and implement maintenance work procedures to ensure the safety of the team and equipment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 10-12 years of experience in the field of maintenance of Air compressors or heavy equipment.
3. Extensive knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams Work.
5. Familiarity with the use of maintenance management tools and software Maintenance.
6. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.
8. Required skills:
9. Strong communication skills with teams, suppliers and management.
10. Ability to make quick and decisive decisions during Emergency breakdowns.
11. Organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and resources.
12. In-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance of air compressors or heavy equipment.
13. Proficiency in the use of maintenance management software (e.g. CMMS).
