Manage the maintenance team:
- Supervise the maintenance team of technicians and specialists in the maintenance of air compressors or heavy equipment.
- Provide continuous training to the team to raise the level of efficiency and technical skills.
- Effectively distribute tasks to team members and ensure adherence to schedules.
Planning and executing maintenance:
- Develop preventive and periodic maintenance plans for equipment to ensure that sudden breakdowns are minimized.
- Coordinate and implement maintenance programs that will maintain equipment performance and reduce breakdowns.
- Prioritize maintenance work based on breakdowns or business requirements.
Follow up on performance and emergency maintenance:
- Monitor equipment performance through periodic inspection and data analysis to identify any issues or abnormal vibrations.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure equipment is repaired on time to ensure business continuity.
- Perform periodic checks on air compressors or heavy equipment to ensure efficiency.
Prepare budgets and reports:
- Prepare an annual maintenance budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide periodic reports on equipment condition and maintenance performance health and recommend any modifications or improvements.
- Analyze maintenance costs and provide accurate financial reports to senior management.
Communicate with suppliers and third parties:
- Communicate with companies and suppliers to provide necessary spare parts or to perform special maintenance.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and ensure the availability of quality parts and equipment.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations:
- Ensure environmental, health and safety standards are adhered to in all maintenance operations.
- Update and implement maintenance work procedures to ensure the safety of the team and equipment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in the field of maintenance of Air compressors or heavy equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams Work.
- Familiarity with the use of maintenance management tools and software Maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.
- Required skills:
- Strong communication skills with teams, suppliers and management.
- Ability to make quick and decisive decisions during Emergency breakdowns.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and resources.
- In-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance of air compressors or heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in the use of maintenance management software (e.g. CMMS).
