Machine Operators - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Job Context:Working as an Operatorentails: Performing production processes to ensure high-quality output, and maintaining compliance with all operational and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Assembling, cleaning, and operating machinery according to standards.
• Verifying the receipt of correct materials for production.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS, plant hygiene, and manufacturing SOPs.
• Identifying defects and ensuring manufactured products meet quality standards.
• Performing in-process quality checks and documenting all activities promptly.
• Maintaining full attention to machinery operation and notifying supervisors of issues.
• Reconciliation of input and output quantities and adhering to supervisor instructions.
• Performing any other production-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Diploma in science or related discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering) or Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience in production department and in similar position.
• Good command of English language, and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
