Position: Machine Operator

Location: Saudi Arabia – Dammam

Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in CNC machines, cutting saws, and circular saws. Candidates with a background in aluminum fabrication and woodworking are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, cutting saws, and circular saws.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Ensure precision cutting and shaping of materials such as aluminum and wood.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, cutting saws, and circular saws.
• Preferred experience in aluminum fabrication and woodworking.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or technical certification in machining, fabrication, or a related field.
• CNC or machinery-related certifications are a plus.
