Job description

Clearance & Brokerage Operations: Brokerage Admin Services; Clearance Customer Service; Cage Handling; Supply Chain Solutions & Engineering; Clearance Regulatory; Clearance Admin; Cross Border Custom Clearance (f2f/ online)

  • Responsible for daily coordination with duty customs inspectors/Customs management or any other regulatory agencies.
  • Job location will be in either Riyadh, Dammam or Jeddah.
  • Candidate must have previous experience with Faseh portal and data clearance data entry.

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
