Logistics System – Solution Implementation

Job Description

The main responsibility of the Intralogistics System Solution Implementation Engineer is to drive IT and third parties to ensure that all logistics systems are implemented on time and on quality to support end-to-end intralogistics processes and are successfully handed over to the operations and maintenance team.

5. Implementation milestones follow-up.
6. IT Agile delivery engagement.
7. IT infrastructure/shopfloor devices requirements analysis.
8. Infrastructure/shopfloor devices delivery follow-up.
9. Quality Control
10. Quality gate criteria definition and delivery validation.
11. Test cases planning and review.
12. Testing devices readiness.
13. System training planning and carry-out.
14. UAT planning and end-user coordination.
15. UAT status update and bug-fix follow-up.
16. Planning and coordination for On-site installation & commissioning and buy-off.
17. Go-live
18. Master data definition and collection template design.
19. Master data collection and system input & parameters setup coordination.
20. Go-live planning and coordination.
21. Go-live readiness checklist and management.
22. Incident process setup and training to end-users.
23. Go-live hyper care.
24. Open issues management and reporting.

Qualifications

1. Familiar with MS Office
2. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
3. Good communication skill and experience of cross-functional teamwork.
4. Project management and logistics system implementation background are mandatory.
5. Systems architecture and interface knowledge required.
6. Analytic mind.

Additional Information
6+ years of experience in logistics systems implementation including SAP EWM/MES/IOT/intelligent logistics solutions (Pick-to-light, RFID, call-button).
