Job Title: Logistics Supervisor (Construction)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor with a construction background to oversee and coordinate logistics operations on a project site in Dammam, KSA. The role involves managing the movement of materials, equipment, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in construction logistics, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage logistics activities on-site, ensuring timely delivery and movement of materials, equipment, and resources.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to optimize transportation and storage.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of deliveries and stock movement.
4. Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance with local and international logistics standards.
5. Plan and allocate resources effectively to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
6. Track and report daily logistics operations, identifying and resolving any issues.
7. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
8. Optimize logistics processes to improve cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the construction sector.
2. Strong knowledge of construction material handling, transportation, and site logistics.
3. Familiarity with local regulations, import/export procedures, and compliance standards in KSA.
4. Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
8. English language proficiency is mandatory.
