Your Role

We are looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Specialist with a positive and proactive mindset who will assure a premium Customer Experience through proper management of delivery and installation.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities relating to the extraction, delivery and installation of products and accessories, either directly to customers or through wholesalers and distributors. You will play a crucial part in the premium customer journey, executing ‘order to cash’ processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow. The role offers variety, empowering you to take ownership of the customer and the processes from 'order to cash', including delivery management. We support a diverse range of customers and as a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with your assigned customer segments and territories, allowing you to form close relationships with your customers, sales team and Service Centers.

You will maintain seamless communication between Technogym and 3rd parties to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Your Impact

1. Ensure regular and effective communication within the business and externally with 3rd parties, developing strong relationships with the Sales and Customer Service Departments.
2. Ensure planning of D&I in accordance with the CPD.
3. Maintain the ERP system, ensuring alignment of accounting with physical stock, conducting variance analyses and periodical stock-counting.
4. Monitor the local stock and rotation index, ensuring the proper governance of stock management.
5. Address problems with order flow/shipping delays/quality-control issues, monitor deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction, and keep accurate logs of all transportation and inventory.
6. Check 3PL invoices and accounting, perform cost accounting and variance analyses, periodically audit 3PL delivery and installation capabilities, coordinating any specific training activities.
7. Manage Customs & Duties processes.
8. Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing.
9. Guarantee a Premium Customer Experience, managing customer touchpoints.
10. Ensure frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistics portal.
11. Optimize free stock and manage Purchase Orders to HQ, when required.
12. Ensure accurate management of the order portfolio, avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales.
13. Constantly update the IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities.
14. Ensure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries.
15. Manage a post-delivery survey to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively solving any issues with the customer.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are structured and process-oriented with strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence and execution. You are a team player, accountable, as well as transparent, open, and willing to learn.

What you should bring:

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience as a Logistics Specialist and/or in the Logistics field.
• Experience in managing 3PL relationships in terms of contracts, KPIs, monthly meeting reviews, and SLA improvement.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and with warehouse management.
• An in-depth understanding of and experience in using SAP and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
• Some knowledge of the fitness industry, performance, health, and product use would be a plus.
• Relevant experience in Customer Service.
• Fluency in English and experience in Customer Care.
• Knowledge of SAP – advanced SD module use.
• Service business expertise and experience in Project Management.
• Financial Skills and Cost Management.
• Negotiation and solid communication skills.
• Advanced Analytical Skills.
• Advanced MS Office package use, especially advanced Excel use.
