Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage the shipping process, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
2. Maintain effective communication with various departments to support smooth operations.
3. Oversee the shipping process, including preparing and processing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers.
4. Follow GIT shipments and ensure that all shipments reach their destination on time.
5. Work closely with other departments, such as warehouse, sales, and customer service.
6. Utilize the SAP system to manage and track shipments effectively.
7. Keep track of inventory levels, ensure accurate stock recording, and manage discrepancies.
8. Communicate with customers regarding their orders and provide updates on shipment status.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
10. Close all shipments in the system based on agreements with vendors.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Knowledge of the SAP system.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in logistics and transportation is preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
