Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll lead and empower the logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment of warehouse, logistic engineering, and transport teams (Alstom employees or external providers) for our Dammam site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Production, Quality), manage and optimize logistic flows to keep the physical and system flows aligned, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Effective management of internal and external stakeholder relationships,
- Ensuring alignment between physical logistics operations and system data,
- Strategic leadership and direction to the logistics teams,
- Development and implementation of logistics performance metrics,
- Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,
- Talent development and team building within the logistics department,
- Budget management and cost optimization for logistics activities.

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field,
- Experience or understanding of managing logistics teams including warehouse, logistic engineering, and transport teams,
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management principles,
- Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems,
- Excellent communication and leadership skills,
- Ability to analyze and optimize logistic flows,
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse management.
