1. Coordinate with local authorities to gather required documentation.
2. Manage and streamline the timely delivery of supplies and shipments.
3. Organise and track resources to ensure efficient distribution, enhancing operations to minimize costs.
4. Oversee the entire purchasing process, from obtaining quotes to final delivery at the site.
5. Run errands and ad hoc tasks as necessary.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
2. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.
3. Valid driving license with a clean record.
4. Must reside in Al Khobar and have a good understanding of the area.
