Overview

1. Coordinate and track supply chain operations through effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers.
2. Oversee warehouse equipment and raw material orders.
3. Keep organized logs and records of warehouse and executed orders.
4. Solve shipping and inventory issues for stakeholders.
5. Plan and track final shipments (including costs and timelines) according to customer requests.
6. Use logistics IT to monitor and optimize shipping procedures.
7. Prepare detailed, accurate reports for upper management.
8. Analyze logistics-related data, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
9. Know, follow, and enforce all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
10. Create gate passes.
11. Create material entry and exit documentation.
12. Follow up on import and export shipments.
13. Manage customs exemption processes.
14. Issue Saber certificates.
15. Review government department requirements and complete all procedures related to the company.
