Logistic Coordinator & Fire Engineer

Incoming materials & inventory and Stock movements & warehousing

• Monitoring of stock of material & follow up all the critical items (Raw Material, Master Batches Packaging & Finish Good) to Logistics and WH Supervisor.
• Highlighting all the issue in case there is a shortage of material & informed the Superior to assist & follow up.
• Follow up with the drivers for delivery on time.
• Follow up with the forklift drivers to arrange the goods on time.
• To send the DR to quality in order to send the COA to the customers.
• Stock accuracy (ALPLA stock = physical stock).
• Responsible for proper labelling of incoming goods if required.
• Puts a system in place to ensure FIFO concept is followed.
• Inform the warehouse supervisor in case there is returns from the customer and to make incoming thru Alpla system and to send an email about it.
• To make sure the forklift drivers are following all the process (Stock move, scan all the pallets for the delivery).
• To issue gate pass with correct information for any transfer between warehouses.

Person Specifications :

Education / Professional Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ERP warehousing modules.
• Forklift operator / driver experience and license (depending on regulation of country).
• Driving license is considered a plus.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse coordination / administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications / Skills

• Ability to read and write in English language.
• Experience in using specific logistics / warehouse systems (scanners etc.).

Administrative

• Generate DR & Invoice for each delivery.
• Generate Alpla delivery note for each delivery.
• Make RIR for all receiving items on time.
• Make CRF for returnable goods from the customers.
• Prepares correct Bill of Ladings and shipping documents.
• For each delivery note or DR, the forklift driver which load the truck must sign it, and to make sure the drivers are following the procedure in case there is FG or all RM pallet damage inside warehouse.
• To control the work for all the forklift drivers and the break time.
• Prepare the daily delivery schedule and to update it.
• Highlight if there is any risk on the warehouse equipment and safety risk.
• To submit the DRs on daily basis to Accounts.
• To control all the DRs and the delivery notes in the file.
• To send the files by the end of the month to Archive room.
